You will be responsible for overseeing the entire music production process from conception to final delivery, ensuring artistic integrity, technical excellence, and timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various music genres, exceptional audio engineering skills, and a proven ability to manage creative talent and project timelines effectively.
Responsibilities include collaborating with artists to define the creative vision and sonic direction of recordings; guiding musicians and vocalists through recording sessions; operating and managing recording studio equipment and software; mixing and mastering tracks to industry standards; overseeing the budgeting and scheduling of recording projects; ensuring clear and concise communication between all project stakeholders; and staying current with emerging music production technologies and trends.
