We are seeking a passionate and creative Music Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of music theory, a knack for creating memorable melodies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to various musical projects across genres. We will be buying your work first and giving you a cut of anything we make on it as extra.
Duties
Ability to play guitar and piano (required) Write original melodies for songs across different genres, including pop, rock, country, and more. I will say our main is country music. Collaborate with other musicians, producers, and artists to develop song concepts and arrangements. Participate in songwriting sessions, providing input on song structure. Revise and edit songs based on feedback from collaborators or producers. Stay updated on current music trends and industry standards to ensure relevance in songwriting. Maintain organized records of all written material and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
Experience
Proven experience as a music producer or in a similar role within the music industry. Strong understanding of music theory, composition, and arrangement techniques. Ability to play an instrument is mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly. A portfolio showcasing previous work or completed songs is highly desirable.
