Your Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging music lessons for students of all ages and skill levels.
• Develop positive relationships with students and parents through open communication, goal setting, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with store teams to efficiently schedule lessons and promote student retention.
• Leverage your musical skills to motivate and support student growth.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of music teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Higher degrees (Master’s or Doctoral) in Music.
• Memberships or certifications in professional teaching associations.
• 8+ years of teaching experience, particularly with multiple instruments (banjo, baritone, bass clarinet, bass guitar, bassoon, cello, clarinet, flute, French horn, guitar, mandolin, oboe, percussion, piano, piccolo, saxophone, string bass, trombone, trumpet, tuba, ukulele, viola, violin, and voice).
