You will collaborate closely with artists, songwriters, engineers, and other creative professionals to bring musical visions to life. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing successful recordings across various genres, a deep understanding of music theory, advanced audio engineering skills, and an exceptional ability to foster creative collaboration. You will be instrumental in scouting talent, developing artists, and ensuring the highest quality output for our label. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of music production for assigned projects, from pre-production to final mixing and mastering. Collaborate with artists and songwriters to develop song concepts, arrangements, and musical direction. Guide and inspire artists during recording sessions, ensuring optimal performance and creative expression. Work with audio engineers to achieve desired sonic qualities and technical excellence. Select appropriate studio equipment, instruments, and software for each project. Manage recording budgets and schedules effectively. Scout and identify emerging musical talent. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to artists throughout the creative process. Ensure projects are completed on time and to the label’s quality standards. Qualifications: Extensive experience as a music producer, with a strong portfolio of commercially released work across multiple genres. Expertise in music theory, harmony, and arrangement. Advanced proficiency with Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or Cubase. Strong understanding of audio engineering principles, mixing techniques, and mastering processes. Excellent listening skills and an exceptional ear for detail. Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and timelines effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse personalities. Demonstrated ability to nurture artistic talent and guide creative development. Experience in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-studio and remote collaboration.
