Music & Arts is seeking a Sales Manager to lead retail store sales and lesson growth in our student-focused music environment. This role oversees daily store operations, drives revenue through instrument and accessory sales, rentals, and lesson enrollment, and manages a small sales team.

Manager will coach staff, set goals, and ensure exceptional service to students, parents, and educators.
Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory control, local school and community outreach, and partnering with repair and lesson teams. This position supports our mission of expanding access to quality instruments and music education.
