The H&K Group is seeking a Railroad Conductor/Laborer to support heavy civil construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, you will safely operate, couple, and spot railcars, assist with loading and unloading construction materials, and perform yard labor to keep rail operations efficient and compliant.
Responsibilities include inspecting cars and tracks, using hand and radio signals to direct movements, and working closely with equipment operators and site supervisors. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, follow strict safety standards, and grow within a family-owned, team-focused company committed to training and advancement.
