Music Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales to surpass personal and store targets.
• Encourage enrollment in the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Build meaningful connections with local educators, community organizations, and churches to expand our reach.
• Provide engaging sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our products and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Foster customer loyalty through meaningful interactions and follow-ups.
• Assist in maintaining the store’s merchandising, displays, and overall organization.
• Ensure store security by managing access controls and maintaining inventory integrity.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music notation.

Compensation:

Starting pay of $15.38 per hour plus commission, adjusted based on location, experience, and background.
