The primary goal of this position is to consistently exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the store’s overall sales and profit goals. As a Senior Sales Team Member, you will provide exceptional customer service and take on advanced responsibilities within the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales to surpass personal sales objectives
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program to enhance customer engagement
• Network with local educators, churches, and community organizations to create business opportunities
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver impactful sales presentations utilizing sales training
• Provide outstanding customer service to every patron
• Encourage customer loyalty through personalized experiences
• Engage in various store operations, including merchandise presentation, displays, and maintenance
• Ensure store security through management of keys and alarm codes
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support store operations

Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of musical instruments and music notation is essential
