The Assistant Chief Flight Instructor assists the Chief Flight Instructor in the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of Delaware State University’s FAA Part 141 flight training program. The position provides flight instruction and evaluation, supervises and standardizes flight instructors, monitors student progression, supports regulatory compliance and records management, and actively participates in the Aviation Program’s Safety Management System (SMS).
