FM is seeking a Creative Producer to serve as the operational backbone of our Creative team. This role sits at the intersection of creative production and project management, ensuring that work across our brands moves forward with clarity, focus, and momentum.
Reporting to the Creative Director, the Creative Producer owns the planning, coordination, and execution of creative work for Musicbed, Filmsupply, and Stills. You will manage workflows, timelines, and production logistics while maintaining ClickUp as the single source of truth. Your work ensures that creative teams can focus on doing their best work while projects ship on time and with excellence.

Core Duties & Responsibilities
Creative Intake and Workflow Management
• Serve as the first point of review for all incoming creative requests
• Evaluate requests for priority, scope, and resourcing needs
• Ensure briefs are complete and clearly defined before work begins
• Translate requests into structured, actionable tasks in ClickUp
• Maintain ClickUp as the authoritative system for all creative work
Project and Capacity Management
• Own timelines, milestones, and deadlines across all creative initiatives
• Manage team capacity across design, film, and copy
• Assign work based on availability, skill set, and project requirements
• Track progress daily and surface risks before timelines are impacted
• Resolve scheduling and resourcing challenges proactively
Production and Film Execution
• Serve as producer on all FM creative productions
• Plan and schedule film shoots and production days
• Book equipment, locations, studios, and vendors
• Coordinate talent, crew, and external partners
• Manage call sheets, production schedules, and logistics
• Ensure productions stay on schedule and within scope
Cross-Team Communication
• Provide clear and consistent status updates to stakeholders
• Set realistic timelines and manage expectations across teams
• Act as a point of alignment between marketing, creative, and production
• Keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and dependencies
Experience and Skills
• Experience as a producer, project manager, or production lead within a creative or brand environment
• Strong understanding of film production workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities
• Experience using ClickUp or comparable project management tools
• Familiarity with creative workflows across copy, design, and video
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
A great candidate will have
• Experience in an agency or production house environment with high-volume, fast-paced creative workflows
• Experience producing live shoots or experiential activations
• The ability to keep creative teams focused and protected from unnecessary interruption
• A strong track record of delivering projects on time with minimal last-minute escalation
• The discipline to provide stakeholders with consistent and reliable visibility into project status
• Experience running productions that are efficient, organized, and well-executed
• The ability to maintain ClickUp as an accurate and trusted reflection of all active work
