Responsibilities:
Mix front-of-house (FOH) sound for live performances and events. Manage and mix monitor sound for performers on stage. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering, Music Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in live sound engineering, with a focus on FOH and monitor mixing. Proven experience as a Lead Sound Engineer or in a senior audio role. In-depth knowledge of digital and analog mixing consoles (e.g., Avid Venue, Yamaha CL/QL series, Behringer X32). Expertise in speaker systems, signal processing, and microphone techniques. Familiarity with audio networking protocols (e.g., Dante). Ability to read and interpret stage plots and technical diagrams. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
