We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic executive to take on the role of Director of Music Affairs and General Manager. This individual will be the driving force behind our recorded music and publishing efforts, overseeing all label operations and strategy. This is a critical leadership position requiring a deep understanding of the global music industry, exceptional business acumen, and a passion for managing and mentoring high‑performing teams.
Requirements
10-15 years of progressive leadership experience within the recorded music industry, with significant time spent in a label management or executive business affairs role.
Deep expertise in music publishing, intellectual property law, and digital distribution.
Experience in major Asian music markets including China and Korea.
Experience managing music operations for a video game company or adjacent media/entertainment property preferred.
