Established in 1952 by Benjamin O’Brien, Music & Arts is now the largest band and orchestra instrument retailer in the United States. With over 225 retail stores, 200 educational representatives, and 250 affiliate locations, they are dedicated to creating lifelong musicians. On a typical day, you’ll be teaching various instruments like piano, guitar, violin, or voice, tailoring your approach to each student. You’ll build strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication about progress and goals. You’ll also partner with store teams to schedule lessons effectively and encourage student retention. This role is about sharing your expertise to foster growth. This position offers a non-teaching rate of $15/hr and a teaching rate of $10.50-$21/hr, depending on experience.
