This pivotal role involves conceptualizing, composing, and producing original musical scores for a variety of media projects, including feature films, television shows, video games, and interactive experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering compelling and emotionally resonant music across diverse genres. You will collaborate closely with directors, producers, and sound designers to translate creative visions into auditory masterpieces. Responsibilities include interpreting scripts and storyboards, developing thematic material, orchestrating and arranging music, recording and mixing sessions, and ensuring all musical elements align with project goals and deadlines. We are looking for an individual with exceptional musical talent, a deep understanding of music theory and history, and proficiency in industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Logic Pro, Cubase, or Pro Tools. Key Responsibilities:
Compose original music for various media projects, ensuring artistic quality and emotional impact. Collaborate with creative teams to define the sonic landscape and musical direction of projects. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music Composition, Music Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in music composition for film, TV, or games. Expert proficiency in at least one major DAW (Logic Pro, Cubase, Pro Tools, Ableton Live). Strong understanding of music theory, harmony, counterpoint, and orchestration. Experience with virtual instruments and sample libraries. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a breadth of compositional styles and technical skill.
