Key Responsibilities
• Create, record, edit, and mix high-quality sound effects, ambiance, and Foley for diverse projects.
• Design and implement immersive audio experiences, ensuring seamless integration within the game engine or playback system.
• Collaborate with directors and developers to translate creative vision into compelling sonic elements.
• Develop and refine audio assets, ensuring consistency in style and technical quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any audio-related issues during development and post-production.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the studio’s sound library and asset management systems.
Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Sound Designer in the entertainment industry.
• Proficiency with industry-standard DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper) and audio editing software.
• Experience with audio middleware (e.g., Wwise, FMOD) and real-time implementation.
• Strong understanding of acoustics, psychoacoustics, and spatial audio techniques.
• Excellent creative ear, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating a range of sound design skills.
