About Us

Mosaic Christian Fellowship exists to Reach, Embrace, and Disciple. We believe music is an essential part of worshiping God, and excellent audio engineering is just as vital as the instruments and voices leading worship. We are looking for a Spirit-filled, skilled, and dependable Audio Engineer to join our ministry team.

Position Overview

The Audio Engineer will work closely with our Worship Team to ensure high-quality sound for our weekly services. This role requires both technical skill and a heart for worship, with the goal of creating an environment where the congregation can fully engage in worship through music.

Responsibilities
• Attend Saturday rehearsals (approx. 2 hours)
• Manage sound for all Sunday worship services (8:30am–3:00pm, 3 services)
• Operate, monitor, and adjust audio systems for in-person and livestream services
• Power on/off audio systems each Sunday
• Train and equip volunteers to serve as substitute sound engineers
• Communicate clearly and graciously with the worship team
• Maintain consistency and reliability in serving (max. 3 paid Sundays off per year; additional absences unpaid but covered by trained volunteers)

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and experience in audio engineering (live sound, mixing, EQ, troubleshooting, etc.)
• Excellent communication and relational skills; ability to work well with musicians and staff
• Commitment to serving at and belonging to a Bible-believing church
• Demonstrated life filled with the Holy Spirit and a heart of worship
• Dependable, consistent, and able to serve with excellence and humility

Compensation
• Salary: $12,000–$18,000 per year (part-time)
• 3 paid Sundays off per year (vacation/sick time)
