Music Director – Keith Valley Musical.
Responsibilities include:
• • Planning and attending after school/evening/Saturday rehearsals as scheduled by the production team
• Coordinate artistic vision with production team
• Teach students vocal selections and character interpretation to main characters and ensemble
• Teach harmonies to main characters and ensemble where appropriate
• Basic piano skills are beneficial
• Knowledge to arrange song selections to fit students’ vocal abilities if necessary
• Help students transition smoothly between dialogue, music, choreography, and scene changes
• Follow school district policies regarding student supervision, attendance, communication
• Supervise cast and crew during rehearsals and performances
• Help students transition smoothly between dialogue, music, choreography, and scene changes.
