We are excited to invite passionate music educators to become a part of our Music Education Services team! This is an incredible opportunity to inspire students through music instruction in local schools. We are currently interviewing for multiple positions available for the Fall 2026 School Year.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging music classes both in group and one-on-one settings, depending on contractual agreements with schools. Class sizes may range from a handful of students to over 50.
• Utilize effective recruiting strategies, such as hosting instrument testing events and recruitment nights, to encourage students to join the band or orchestra programs, including activities after school hours.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum benchmarks for all students, regularly assessing and reporting on their progress through formal progress reports and report cards. Benchmarks will be provided for each instrument and experience level.
• Foster positive relationships with school administration and principals to effectively schedule classes and communicate any changes or attendance issues.
• Organize concerts, solo & ensemble activities, and other performance events to boost student and parent engagement.
• Collaborate with retail and educational representatives to ensure students have access to necessary instruments and supplies for success in class.
• Provide summer lessons and continuing education opportunities for students wishing to enhance their skills during the break.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education is required.
• 3-5 years of experience as a music teacher (new graduates may be considered with the completion of required training and mentoring programs).
• Must possess a valid State Teaching license.
• A valid state driver’s license and automotive insurance are required.

Compensation: $44,000 – $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience and background.
